After breakfast, you’ll depart from your Arusha accommodations and drive to the park.
Game Drive: You can embark on a half-day or full-day game drive through the park. Your drive will pass you past park landmarks such as the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater – sometimes known as ‘Little Ngorongoro’.
[Canoe Safari: Available at extra cost,] you’ll trade the car for a canoe as you take a guided canoe safari out on the Momella Lakes to see bushbuck, giraffes, hippos, and buffalo.
Walking Safari: Stretch your legs with a gudied walking safari through the park. While on your walking safari, you can expect to see endless acres of forest, home to black and white colobus monkeys, zebras, buffalos, and a variety of antelopes. You will also have a chance to observe more than 400 bird species including the Crowned Eagle, Lanner Falcon, and Levaillants Cuckoo.
You’ll return to Arusha in the late afternoon with a head full of memories and a camera full of unforgettable photos dinner and overnight Jevas hotel.
After breakfast drive to Tarangire National Park, with picnic lunch provided have a game drive the rest of the day. This isa sixth largest national park in Tanzania, it is located in Manyara Region. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season. The Tarangire Ecosystem is defined by the long-distance migration of wildebeest and zebras. During the dry season thousands of animals concentrate in the Park from the surrounding wet-season dispersal and calving areas. The park is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Visitors to the park in the June to November dry season can expect to see large herds of thousands of zebra, wildebeest and cape buffalo. Other common resident animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dikdik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon dinner and overnight at Manyara Serena lodge.
Breakfast depart with packed lunch and drive to Serengeti for game drive through the agricultural and the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind we descend into the heart of wild Africa the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River. We arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. Continue towards the Serengeti, enjoying a lovely scenic drive with views of the Ngorongoro conservation area along the way you’ll pass through a traditional Maasai village where you’ll have the opportunity to experience the culture and lifestyle of its nomadic people. You’ll be welcomed by the Maasai. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa lodge.
Breakfast and early morning game drive of excursions in the Serengeti today enjoying morning and afternoon game drives from the lodge. The northern of the Serengeti, called Seronera, is a network of rivers that ensure dependable water supplies attracting wildlife throughout the year. It is here that you’ll have your best opportunity to spot the “Big Five”: lions, elephants, buffalo, rhino, and the leopard.
There will be no shortage of animal sightings as the presence of permanent mud pools and shade attract giraffes, impalas, warthogs, and hippos. You might also catch a glimpse of cheetahs, hyenas and jackals.in the evening proceed to Ngorongoro conservation area for dinner and your overnight will be at Sopa lodge.
Today you’ll get up close and personal with one of Unesco’s World Heritage Sites – the Ngorongoro conservation area. This unique multi-use site is one of the only in the world where man, livestock and wildlife live together in harmony.
Later drive for The Crater is famous for Africa’s best game viewing as there is an ever present abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor. You will descend 610 meters into the Crater where your safari truly begins. Spot the endangered black rhino, wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, eland, Grant’s & Thomson’s gazelle &giant tusked elephants plus you will have 6 hours, game drive in the Crater then drive to Arusha – Kilimanjaro international airport for your departure back home.
